Period 1: 1/18 1:00PM - 1/18 7:00PM
Period 2: 1/18 7:00PM - 1/19 7:00PM
Period 3: 1/19 7:00PM - 1/20 7:00PM
All prize periods begin immediately after the previous one ends.
Scores submitted after the final prize period will not be eligible for prizes.

Prizes (a sticker sheet and a pin) will be given to the Top 3 scoring players at the end of each prize period, after which the leaderboard will be reset. Winners will be contacted using the info they enter in the results screen.
If, within an hour of being contacted, a winner fails to respond or show up in time to collect their prize, it will be offered to the next eligible player.
If a winner communicates intent to collect their prize at a later time, we can keep it up until the MIVS area closes at 2PM on Sunday, January 21st. If a winner fails to collect their prize after this point, we can look into other ways to deliver the prize.
When picking up their prize, winners must confirm their identity with us by showing proof that we contacted them.

The time for a submitted score is based on when a player starts their run, meaning a score can still be submitted in a prize period after it has ended.
We will wait for all ongoing runs to conclude before determining winners.
Players whose names are shown in gray have chosen to not be eligible for prizes.
Contact info will be used exclusively for contacting/confirming winners and updating existing scores. We will discard collected contact info after MAGFest concludes.
